These terms cover buying and using PeakPad, a macOS app made by Karuna Hazarika (“we”, “us”). By buying or using PeakPad you agree to them.
PeakPad is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, who act as the merchant of record: they take the payment, handle sales tax or GST, and send your receipt. The price is shown on peakpad.app and at checkout, and may vary by location and tax.
After payment you receive a licence key and a download link by email, and the download is also available on the checkout confirmation page.
We may disable a key that has been refunded, charged back, shared publicly or obtained fraudulently.
You can get a full refund within 7 days of buying. See the refund policy.
Some tools fetch data from third-party services, such as weather, stock prices, lyrics, or the revenue and analytics accounts you choose to connect. Those services have their own terms, and we can’t guarantee their availability or accuracy. Stock prices are delayed and are not financial advice. See the privacy policy for what connects where.
We work hard to make PeakPad reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to PeakPad is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes don’t affect a purchase you’ve already made.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
